摘要 近年来研究发现白三烯B4(leukotriene B4,LTB4)及其受体在许多肿瘤的发生发展中发挥着重要作用,在临床试验中证实白三烯B4受体拮抗剂具有抗瘤效应。本文在介绍LTB4及其受体的基础上对其与肿瘤关系的研究进行了综述。 Researches in recent years have revealed that leukotriene B4 and its receptors play important roles in the generation and development of many tumors.The inhibitory action of the leukotriene B4 receptors antagonist on the growth of tumors also has been confirmed.This review presents an overview of the leukotriene B4 and its receptors,and provides an update on the research in the roles of leukotriene B4 and its receptors in tumors
