Madelung syndrome

Madelung综合征(马德隆氏综合征)现无统一命名,病因尚不清,可能与先天性外胚叶发育缺陷有关,报道5例中年男性患者,有大量饮白酒嗜好,全身对称性脂肪瘤样增生,皮损组织病理检查符合Madelung综合征,目前无特殊治疗。

Madelung syndrome has no uniform denomination.The cause of the syndrome is still unclear,it is maybe related to the congenital ectodermal defects.Five male patients with Madelung syndrome were presented here,the main characters of whom are bibulous and widespread symmetric distributed lipomatosus affection.Up to now,special treatment have not been found for this syndrome.
