转型城市中的空间重构及治理重构:国外隔离社区研究综述

Space Reconstruction in Transitional Cities:A Review of Studies about Foreign Gated Communities

在城市转型过程中,伴随着全球生产活动重组、信息交通技术进步、后福特制生产模式出现和国家福利减少等因素,城市(尤其是大城市)中的空间分层不断加剧,城市在政治、经济和文化多重力量作用下不断被重塑,隔离社区逐渐生成。隔离社区的形成受到工业化、市场化、全球化以及政府、个体心理等多方面因素的影响,并带来了各种正负面效应,由此进一步影响到了城市社会治理及有关公共政策。在前所未有的改革浪潮中,基于我国特殊的历史文化背景,中国隔离社区形成与发展的动力机制以及由此带来的影响迫切需要通过大量的研究,建构本土化的理论框架和现实解释,以拓展和丰富隔离社区治理的有关理论。

In the process of city transition,with the reorganization of global production activities,the development of technology,the emergence of post-Fordist production mode,as well as the reduction of state welfare,spatial stratification is intensified in western cities(especially metropolises) which are the products of political power,economic force and cultural force.Then gated communities gradually found and spread in these cities.Foreign gated communities are seen as a visible consequence of the industrialization,marketization, and globalization and influenced by government and individual psychology. The effects brought by the emergence of gated communities challenge the governance of the city and the relevant public policies.Based on our particular culture background and the current institutional arrangements,our scholars need to do lots of studies to find out the process of gated community expansion and the reasons why this is happening,as well as the consequences and the solutions in our country.Through these studies,we can construct theoretical frames and give explanations which are fit for our actual conditions and then enrich our gains about the governance in Chinese gated communities.
