江西高职教育“工学结合”存在的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of"Work-study"Combination of Higher Vocational Education in Jiangxi

江西的高职教育从2000年起步以来,"工学结合"的现状和实施过程中存在着一定的问题,结合教育部对高职教育的要求和实地调研情况,进行理性思考和分析,从学校的高职教育和企业用人机制两方面出发,找到校企双方的有机结合点,是解决这一问题的有效途径。

Through the study on present situation of'work-study combination'carried in Jianxi higher vocational colleges and the problems existed in the practice,we made a rational consideration and analysis on them combined with the requirement from Educational Department and result of field research.We try hard to find the tie point of college and enterprise in the aspects of both higher vocational education and enterprise employment and meanwhile put forward the effective way for the problem.
