近年来,江苏省由地方政府统一组织,把散葬在林区的坟墓大规模迁移出来,进行统一安置和管理,节约了土地资源,减少了安全隐患,净化了社会风气,美化了生活环境,产生了良好的社会效益和生态效益。江苏省林区散坟平迁工作积累了丰富的经验,在全国推广他们的经验需要重点把握好五个方面的问题。

For the past few years,the local governments in Jiangsu province worked together to have moved the loose-buried tombs in forest area on a large scale and made a unified settlement and management.This move has saved the land resources,reduced the potential danger in safety,purified the general mood of society,and beautified the habitation condition,resulting in a good social and ecological effect.In the course of this activity,Jiangsu province has accumulated rich experiences.In order to promote the experiences across the country,five aspects should be cleared.
