警察行政执法中有关强制问题的探讨

当前,我国正处在社会矛盾的凸显期,随着人们法律意识的提高,公安机关的执法活动日益受到社会公众的关注,人民警察行政执法中强制的适用成为突出问题。本文结合人民警察执法实践中适用强制出现的问题,对人民警察行政执法中强制问题进行分析,提出了自己的意见和建议。

At present, our country is at a stage when social contradictions appear the most remarkable. Along with the enhancement of people's awareness of law, more and more attention of the public is paid to the law enforcement activities of public security organs, and law enforcement of the people's police becomes more demanding. The thesis makes an analysis and puts forward some ideas and suggestions with regard to the coercive measures in administrative law enforcement.
