摘要
散打作为一项警务技能,已经在公安院校中普遍开展,但在练习过程中身体的损伤时常出现。其中,作为对方主要击打目标的头部损伤尤其要注意。本文根据运动生理学,运动解剖学及训练学的原理,分析了头部受伤的一些原因,如疲劳生理结构等,并尝试找出损伤的预防对策,减少散打运动对头部造成的损伤,以期对教师和学生有所帮助,提高学生对散打运动的积极性。
Through some theories of sports physiology,sports anatomy and sports training,the paper gives an analysis of the causes of head injuries in Sanda training and tries to puts forward prevention countermeasures against the injuries to provide help for teachers and students,thus to cultivate their interest in Sanda.
