警察职业教育之我见

On Police Vocational Education

本文根据当前警察职业教育所面临的新形势、新任务、新要求,以及存在的突出问题,紧密结合公安教育培训的现状,提出了警察职业教育的关键是提高师资水平,明确教育目的,完善教育手段,加强基础设施建设,培养具有过硬的政治思想素质、扎实的公安业务素质的应用人才的学术主张。

Based on the new situation,task,demand and existing problems confronting current police vocational education and combining closely with the conditions of police education and training,the paper puts forward academic opinions that the key to police vocational education is to improve teachers' quality,specify educational purpose,perfect teaching means,strengthen fundamental construction and to turn out application-oriented talents qualified in both politics and vocation.
