摘要
公安科学管理做到以人为本,就要遵循人的运动规律办事,即符合公安民警的特点,在管理内容上明确积极需求理论,以目标为重点,充分运用组合效应,在竞争与协作中正确处理两者之间的辨证统一关系,积极营造组织文化中的良好氛围,最后在领导班子的具体实施中,达到使公安管理由艺术上升为科学。
Police scentific management's focusing on people should work according to human movement rule.That is in accord with the characteristics of the police.In management,object should be focused,combina-tion effect be applied,the relation between competition and cooperation better managed.Police management is aimed to be scientific rather than artistic.
