关于森林采伐管理改革的思考

Thought on Management Reform of Deforestation

实践证明森林采伐限额制度符合我国国情、林情,是正确的,要继续坚持。但现行的森林采伐管理制度也存在着与现实不适应的问题。针对存在的问题,结合内蒙古的实际,建议从森林采伐限额管理、采伐管理方式、审核审批程序、林地利用规划、森林经营方案编制、国家惠林政策等方面进行改革。

It has been improved that deforestation control,which is conforming to national condition and forestry condition,it right and it should be carried on.But the existing deforestation management system still has many problems inconsistent with reality.It is proposed that we should make reform according to the existing problems and the real conditions in inner Mongolia from the aspects of deforestation control management,management methods,checking and approving procedure,woodland use planning,forest management scheme making,and favorable policies on forestry etc.
