摘要
邓小平社会创新发展战略思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分,这一思想与科学发展观的社会发展思想有着十分密切的联系,其主要观点包括:靠创新求发展;解放思想,实事求是是基础;主要内容是研究新情况,解决新问题;进行全面的创新。方式是尊重群众的首创精神,尊重实践,通过试验而创新;关键是造就一大批具有创新精神的人才。
Social innovation and development of Deng Xiaoping's strategic ideology is an important component of Deng Xiaoping Theory,which is closely linked with the scientific concept of social development thinking.The main views include seeking development through innovation;emancipating mind and seeking truth from facts is the base;studying new situations and solving new problems is the main content.It calls for people to conduct a comprehensive innovation by means of respecting the people's pioneering spirit and the practice,and to promote innovation through testing.In short,the key is to create a large number of innovative talents.
