蓝莓组织培养及外部因子对其生长的影响 被引量:9

摘要 以优良蓝莓品种为供试材料,研究了扩繁增殖和生根的最佳培养条件,筛选优化增殖培养基WPM(改良)+6-BA1.0mg/L+ZT1.0mg/L,分化苗数较多,增殖倍数可达为7.1;以1/2WPM(改良)+IBA1.0mg/L为生根培养基,苗木生根率达46%,生根较快,根系较粗壮、分支多,且为皮层生根,有利于苗木移栽成活。同时讨论不同培养方式及光照强度对试管苗生长的影响,以液体培养的试管苗茎秆粗壮、分化数较多,降低了培养成本。采用不同的光强与光质对植物的形态建成有重要的作用,适当增加日光照射有利于克服玻璃化现象,提高苗木分化增殖数,培养出茎秆粗壮,生长势强的健壮试管苗。
