教师角色冲突对职业倦怠的影响及对策

摘要 职业倦怠是职业健康研究中的热点问题。教育是典型的助人职业,教师是职业倦怠的高发群体,教师的职业倦怠对教师本人和学生带来严重的消极影响,所以对教师职业倦怠的研究无疑是有重要意义的。导致中小学教师职业倦怠的因素很多,本文将从教师角色冲突这个角度来分析中小学教师的职业倦怠现状,并通过分析提出一些干预措施。
