心理干预对筛选期飞行学员心理问题的影响效果探讨

The Influence Effects Discussion of the Psychology Intervenes on Psychologically Healthy Question of the Flying Cadet in the Screening Period

目的:探讨心理健康教育和心理调节对处于筛选期的飞行学员心理问题的干预效果。方法:采用SCL-90量表对2007-03~2008-10处于筛选期的317名学员于飞行训练时间进行到4~5h进行心理健康测试,随即针对出现的问题进行航空心理卫生知识讲座和个别心理咨询、自我心理调节训练等方式干预,于飞行9-13小时再次进行测试并对干预前后的结果进行比较,评估干预效果。结果:干预前有17.82%的飞行学员在飞行筛选阶段有不同程度的心理行为异常,因子分≥2的发生频率居前三位的依次是人际关系敏感、强迫、偏执等;总分、总均分、阳性项目数和阳性均分等几项统计指标,与干预前比较,显著降低。结论:心理干预对处于筛选期的飞行学员心理健康问题有显著改善作用,航空医师应针对筛选期出现的心理问题加强心理卫生教育和主动心理干预,同时引导学生进行自我心理调节。

Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of psychological problems of mental health education and psychological adjustment to the flying cadet who are in the screening period.Methods:Use the SCL-90 scale to 317 students who are in the screening phase for 4-5h to mental health testing,aims at the question which appears to carry on aviation mental hygiene lecture interventions immediately and so on knowledge course and individual psychological consultation,self-psychological adjustment training,around in flies for 9-13 hours to carry on the test again,In order to assess the intervention effects.Results:Before the intervention,has 17.82% flying cadets to have the varying degree psychological barrier in the flight screening stage.before intervenes,the factor minute ≥2 occurrence frequency to precede three is in turn the interpersonal relationship is sensitive,force,biased and so on;The total score,divides score,the masculine number of entry and the masculine gender divides equally and so on several statistical targets,compares before the intervention,obviously reduces.Conclusion:Psychological intervention can improve the psychological health level of the flying cadet,and decrease the possibility of psychological and behavior problems in the screening period.aviation doctor should strengthen the mental hygiene education and with the initiative psychological intervention,simultaneously guides the student to carry on the self-psychological adjustment,to enhances the flying cadet to grasp the technical progress and to reduce the technical elimination rate to have the important meaning.
