参麦注射液对大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察参麦注射液对异丙肾上腺素致大鼠急性心肌缺血损伤的保护作用。方法:采用异丙肾上素制备大鼠心肌缺血损伤模型,BL-420记录仪记录大鼠肢体导联心电图,并检测参麦注射液对缺血损伤大鼠血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性、心肌组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物丙醛(MDA)含量。结果:参麦注射液能减轻异丙肾上腺素所致的大鼠心电图ST段异常抬高;使心肌组织MDA的生成减少,SOD的活性增强;抑制CPK和LDH的释放。结论:参麦注射液对异丙肾上腺素所致大鼠心肌血损伤有一定的保护作用,其机制可能与抗脂质过氧化、提高SOD活力、降低心肌酶有关。 Objective:To observe the protective effects of Shenmai injection on Isoprenaline caused bymyocardal ischemia injury in rats.Methods:The myocardial ischemia injury model was established by 20mg/kg of isoproterenol in rats.ECGwas recorded by BL-420.The activities of serum lactate dehdrogenase and creatine phosphor kinase,the enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase,and levels of malondialdehyde content of myocardium were allmeasured.Results:Shenmai injection significantly inhibited the elevation of ST period,significantly reduced myocardial MDA content,significantly increased myocardial SOD activity and significantly depressed the release o CPK and LDH in the rat heart with isoprenaline-induced injury.Conclusions:Shenmai injection exerted protective effects on ischemic myocardium injury,which might be related to the inhibition of lipidperoxidation,the enhance ment of SOD activity and decrease of myocardial enzyme.
