彩超在诊断女性膀胱颈梗阻的应用价值

Application of Color Doppler Ultrasound for Diagnosing Female Obstruction at Vesical Neck

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断女性膀胱颈部梗阻的临床价值。方法:对17例膀胱颈梗阻患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,观察膀胱颈形态,测量膀胱颈部前后径、横径及周长,并计测残余尿量。结果:17例患者膀胱颈均呈局限性增厚。厚度为1.1~1.5 cm,横径1.5~2.0 cm,周长范围3.6~5.1 cm,形态如男性的前列腺,具有典型声像图特征。残余尿量在10.3~221.0 mL。结论:彩色多普勒超声在女性膀胱颈梗阻的诊断中具有较高的临床价值,方法简便易行,可作为本病的首选检查。

Objective:To approach the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis clinical significance of female obstruction at vesical neck.Methods:For 17cases female with obstruction of vesical neck were detected by color Doppler ultrasound,to observe the shape of vesical neck,to measure the thickness of anterior and posterior of vesical neck,and the width,and the circumference,and the residual urine volume.Results:17cases vesical neck were hyperplasia and thickening.Thickness range 1.1-1.5cm,Width range 1.5-2.0cm,Circumference range 3.6-5.1cm,The shape as male prostate,All images were type.The residual urine volume range 10.3-221.0ml.Conclusions:Color Doppler Ultrasound diagnosis of female obstruction vesical neck has high clinical value,this means is very simpleness and expediency,Ultrasound is the first choice of this disease.Worthy to be popularized.
