摘要
目的:探讨儿童在头颅CT检查时的辐射防护方法,减少其受照剂量。方法:运用放射实践的正当化和防护的最优化的原则,选择合适的曝光参数,做好相应的防护措施。结果:通过上述方法完成检查,可显著降低儿童的受照剂量。结论:儿童尚处于生长发育的关键阶段,对X线具有较高的敏感性,在CT检查中必须加强对儿童的辐射防护。
Objective:To evaluate the measures of radiation prevention and decrease radiation level for head ct scan in children.Methods:with the principles of standardization in radiological practice and optimization in radiation prevention,appropriate scan parameters were selected and proper radiation prevention measures were performed.Results:Decreasing radiation level of child subjects could effectively protect them from radiation through above methods.Conclusions:radiation prevention must be enhanced in children CT scan from the recognition that children are much radiosensitive in the growth of development.
