Prevention and Nursing of Complication After Reconstruction of Oral-maxillofacial Defects With Flap

目的:回顾性分析组织瓣修复颌面部缺损术后并发症的原因,为其处理提供正确的方案,减少并发症。方法:总结分析2006年以来102例口腔癌根治术后组织瓣修复缺损并发症的种类及原因。结果:102例中有15例出现并发症。结论:组织瓣修复颌面部缺损术后正确有效的处理可以提高手术成功率,减少并发症的发生。

Objective:To analyze the factors related to the occuring of complication after reconstruction of oral-maxillofacial defects with flap retrospectively,explore the optional nursing method and reduce its occurrence.Methods:102 cases patient who underwent reconstruction of oral-maxillofacial defects with flap from May 2006 to Jun.2008 were analyzed to find out the reason and factors of various kind of complications.Results:There were 15 complications of suffocation,infection,bleeding,necrosis of flap,mental disorder and fistula in submandibular region in 102 cases of patients.Conclusions:Appropriate and careful management is benefit for the oral cancer patients who underwent reconstruction of defects with flap to reduce the incidence of operation complication and improve their recovery.
