脊柱转移癌139例放疗疗效分析

Evaluate the curative effect of radiotherapy for 139 patients with spinal metastases

目的回顾分析脊柱转移癌放射治疗疗效。方法139例患者均为单纯外照射,根据患者疼痛程度给予不同的放疗方式。疼痛明显的采用Co-r射线,先连续冲击放射治疗5次,每次DT2.5～3.0 Gy,后改为常规照射,总剂量DT40～43 Gy;疼痛较轻的采用常规照射,每次DT2.0 Gy,总剂量DT40-43 Gy。结果放疗止痛的总有效率为88.49%。结论放疗对脊柱转移癌止痛是有效可行的方法。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of radiotherapy for spinal metastases.Methods According to patients' pain degree,139 patients with spinal metastases were received radiotherapy in different way.Patients who had obvious pain were received radiotherapy with Co-r ray.Firstly the method of radiotherapy was 2.5~3.0 Gy per fraction in 5 times continuously,then was routine irradiation.And the total dose was 40~43 Gy.Patients who had lighter pain were received routine irradiation.The method of radiotherapy was 2.0 Gy per fraction with a total dose of 40~43 Gy.Results The total remission rate of pain was 88.49%.Conclusion Radiotherapy should be considered as an effective approach in the treatment of spinal metastases.
