阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血清CRP、TNF-α水平变化及意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的控讨C反应蛋白(CRP)、TNF-α在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)发生、发展中的作用。方法选择25例多导睡眠图确诊的OSAHS患者(观察组),另选20例健康人作为对照组,测定观察组经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)治疗前后血清CRP与TNF-α水平,并与对照组比较。结果观察组血清CRP与TNF-α高于对照组,观察组治疗后CRP与TNF-α水平低于治疗前(P均<0.05)。结论CRP与TNF-α水平在OSAHS患者中明显升高,经nCPAP治疗后下降。
