慢性间歇性低氧对大鼠左心室功能的影响

摘要 目的用间歇性低氧来模拟睡眠呼吸暂停反复低氧和复氧的病理生理改变,了解其对心功能的影响。方法20只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为间歇性低氧组(CIH组)和正常对照组(NC组),饲养5周后分别用超声心动图和心导管检查评价左室心功能。结果NC组大鼠体质量增加高于CIH组;CIH组左室质量占体质量的比值高于NC组;CIH组动脉收缩压高于NC组;CIH组左心室射血分数低于NC组;CIH组平均动脉压高于NC组;CIH组左室舒张末内径及等容收缩期左心室内压力上升最大速率和等容舒张期左心室压力下降最大速率均低于NC组;两组心率无明显差别。结论慢性间歇低氧可引起血压升高,左心室功能降低。 Objective To investigate the impact of chronic intermittent hypoxia on cardiac function in rats.Methods Twenty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups.The CIH group exposed in chronic intermittent hypoxia,and the NC group was handled with normoxic controls.After exposure 8 hours each day for 5 weeks,blood pressure was measured by tail cuff plethysmograph and left heart function was accessed by using echocardiographic and invasive cardiac catheterization.Results The weight gain was higher in NC than in CIH.Blood pressure was greater in CIH than in NC.The ratio of left ventricular(LV) weight to body weight was greater in CIH than that in NC.LV ejection fraction was lower in CIH than in NC.Mean arterial pressure was greater in CIH than in NC.Compared with NC,LV end-diastolic pressure was higher and maximal rates of LV pressure in systole and diastole were lower in CIH.There were no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups.Conclusion Chronic intermittent hypoxia may lead to LV myocardial dysfunction.
