摘要
葡萄是常见的水果之一,葡萄籽有较高的营养价值和医用价值,本文对葡萄籽多酚的化学成分,主要的抗氧化和防衰老生物活性及提取方法的研究,为以后葡萄籽的相关研究奠定了基础。
Grape seed is of high nutritional and medical value.This paper described the chemical composition of grape seed polyphenols,the major antioxidant and anti-aging activity as well as extraction methods.
