先天性舌根囊肿的临床分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Infants with Congenital Lingual Root Cyst

目的探讨先天性舌根囊肿的临床特点,分析先天性舌根囊肿的诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗。方法回顾性分析65例吸气期呼吸困难伴喉喘鸣患儿中11例先天性舌根囊肿患儿的临床资料。结果所有先天性舌根囊肿患儿均表现为吸气期呼吸困难伴喉喘鸣,进奶困难。经电子喉镜囊肿穿刺抽吸、颈部超声、三维CT检查明确诊断,行囊肿大部摘除术后均获痊愈。结论新生儿出现吸气期呼吸困难伴喉喘鸣应注意先天性舌根囊肿的诊断。经电子喉镜检查、咽喉部超声及三维CT或MRI确诊后,应手术切除。

Objective Analysis the diagnosis,treatment and differential diagnosis of lingual root cyst inborn of infant. Methods Retroanalysis the infants with lingual root cyst were treated in China Medical University affiliated Shengjing Hospital during 2004.4-2006.8,whose age were from 10 days to 3 months. Results All the infants with lingual root cyst inborn manifested dyspnea during inspiration with stridor and feeding difficultly. And all obtained recovery after surgery. Conclusion We should consider lingual root cyst inborn when infant manifests dyspnea during inspiration. And we can diagnose by electronic laryngoscope,ultrasound sonography CT of throat. Removing the most cyst can cure the disease completely.
