摘要
就业心理问题,是造成大学生就业难的重要因素之一。构建大学生就业心理"四化"辅导模式,在一定程度上,有利于学生认识就业误区,转变就业观念,促进合理就业。
The difficult employment of college students is often out of psychological issues. To a certain extent, construction of the 'Four Modernizations' model to college students could help them understand the mistaken employment ideas, change their employment concept and promote rational employment.
