摘要
机车无线重联系统技术是开行万吨组合列车的关键技术。为了提高运输能力,根据神朔线实际情况,借鉴大秦线的重载运输经验,自主研发了适合SS4B机车的机车无线重联同步操控技术。运行实验表明,机车无线重联同步控制系统能够满足神朔线开行万吨组合列车的需要。针对试验中暴露的问题及理论验证与实际批量装车还存在一定的距离,还需要对该技术的可靠性、安全性、经济性、扩展性、维护及检修工艺等进行工程化研究。
Locomotive wireless reconnection system technology is the key technology in opening line combinations of 10,000-ton train. In order to improve transport capacity, according to the actual situation of Shenshuo railway line, in reference to experience of heavy haul transportaion of Daqin railway line, independent research and development of locomotive wireless reconnection synchronous control technique suitable to SS4B locomotive is realized. Running experiments show that locomotive reconnection wireless synchronization control system can meet the Shenshuo line's needs of 10,000-ton train running. For the pilot exposed problems and the theoretical verification and the actual bulk load, there is still a distance and engineering research needs to be conducted to the reliability, security, economy and scalability of the technology, as well as the maintenance and repair technology.
