taking the EMC energy-saving reform project conducted by Beijing Shenhua Zhongji Energy Environmental Protection Science and Technology Co.,Ltd.in Baode Shendong Power Co.,Ltd,the article introduces the mechanism and implementation process of energy management contract(EMC),explores the application prospects of EMC model in Shenhua Group's energy-saving and emission reduction.It points out that integration and innovation of capital,investment functions,project management experience,scientific and technological resources in energy-saving and emission reduction will become an important driving force to the Group's cause of energy-saving and emission reduction.
