分析了神华集团节能减排工作取得的进展、特点及存在的主要问题,从进一步提高对节能减排重要性的认识,加快节约型、环保型产业体系建设,建立完善节能减排管理、统计监测、技术服务3个体系,以及责任评价考核激励、节能减排评估审查、投入保障3个机制建设,加大节能减排资金投入,加快节能减排重点工程和科研项目的实施,强化基础管理和培训,整体推进节能减排工作方面指出了节能减排工作应把握的原则。

This paper analyzes the progress,characteristics and problems in the energy saving and emission reduction of the Shenhua Group.It is proposed that the principles for the work of energy saving and emission reduction should be followed include: further improve the awareness of the importance of energy saving and emission reduction,speed up the construction of energy-saving and environment-friendly industrial system,establish and perfect sound systems of energy saving and emission reduction management,statistical monitoring and technical services,as well as the three mechanisms of responsibility evaluation and incentives,energy saving and emission reduction assessment and funding guarantee,increase the investment in energy saving and emission reduction,speed up the implementation of key projects and research programs,strengthen the basis for management and training,and push the overall work of energy saving and emission reduction.
