神东矿区1.5～2.0m煤层自动化开采技术方案研究

A Technological Plan Study on the Mining Automation of Shendong Mining Zone's 1.5～2.0m Coal-bed

根据国内外煤矿自动化开采技术以及我国薄和中厚偏薄煤层开采技术的现状,全面阐述了实现综采工作面自动化的关键技术和途径,在对神东煤炭分公司榆家梁煤矿44305工作面实现综合自动化开采的方案进行研究探索、综合分析的基础上,提出了适合神东矿区1.5～2.0m煤层自动化开采技术方案。

According to the status quo of domestic and international coal mining automation technology as well as China' s thin and thick coal bed mining technology,this paper described the key technology and automation means for the realization of fully mechanized coal mining on comprehensive mining face.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis towards the comprehensive automatic mining on the 44305 coal face of Shendong Branch' s Yu-jialiang coal mine and to achieve the research program,a technological program of the automated mining of Shendong Mining Zone's 1.5~2.0m coal seam is proposed.
