摘要
针对连续共沉淀制备的系列费托合成铁基催化剂,考察了其在积分固定床反应器中的反应性能,并与其化学组分和含量直接关联;主要分析研究了Cu、K、Zn助剂对催化剂还原、费托合成反应活性及选择性的影响。同时着重比较分析了SiO2添加量对催化剂费托反应性能的影响,以期对催化剂有效助剂K、Cu等在SiO2存在时的协同作用机理进行探索。
The paper studies the reaction performance of series of synthesized Fischer-Tropsch iron-based catalyst in integral fixed-bed reactor and the direct relevance of its chemical composition and content,and mainly analyses the influence of Cu,K,Zn auxiliaries on catalytic reduction and the activity and selectivity of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction.At the same time the influence of the addition amount of SiO2 on the Fischer-Tropsch catalyst reaction performance is analyzed to explore the mechanism of coordinated effect of the effective catalyst agents such as K and Cu with the existence of SiO2.
