摘要
某电厂600MW火电机组湿法烟气脱硫系统运行过程中,由于烟气换热器GGH严重堵塞,系统阻力增大,增压风机超负荷运行,为防止增压风机出现喘振、失速,不得不长期开启烟气旁路运行。经过深入现场调研,对运行数据归纳、整理,利用垢样成分分析、烟气流场分析等技术手段,逐步分析出造成GGH堵塞的原因。在组织对GGH换热元件进行有效清洗的基础上,采取了有针对性的技术措施,保证系统安全稳定运行,提高了设备可用率,极大地减少了SO2的排放量,产生良好的环保效益。
During a power plant′s 600MW thermal power unit wet-process flue gas desulfurization system′s operating, as flue gas heat exchanger GGH has serious blockage, the system resistance increases, and booster fan has overload operation. To prevent the emergence of pressurized air surge, the flue gas bypass has to be started for long-term operation.After extensive field research, and through operation data sorting and analysis of the element analysis, flue gas flow field analysis, gradually the causes of congestion of GGH are found. Based on the effective cleaning of the GGH heat-transfer components, targeted technical measures have been taken to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system. Usability of the equipment is improved and the SO2 emissions are greatly reduced to produce good environmental benefits.
