摘要
在全国煤矿发生各类一次死亡10人以上重特大事故中,重特大瓦斯事故起数和死亡人数约占66.52%和68.72%。瓦斯防治是减少煤矿死亡事故总量和重特大事故的首要工作,是煤矿安全生产工作的重中之重。煤矿安全生产监控系统是煤矿安全生产的重要保障,在瓦斯防治、井下作业人员管理等方面发挥着重要作用。本文提出了煤矿监控关键科学技术问题:①煤矿监控信息传输;②煤矿监控信息处理;③传感器无盲区布置及分级控制;④矿用图像识别与处理;⑤生命探测与人员定位;⑥矿用本质安全防爆电源;⑦煤矿监控系统试验方法;⑧煤矿井下电磁兼容。
In various types of serious accidents which cause death of over 10 people occurred in the coal mines all over the country,serious gas accidents and deaths thus caused account for about 66.52% and 68.72%.Coal mine gas control is the primary task to reduce fatal and serious accidents and is also of top priority in coal mine safe production.The coal mine safety monitoring system is an important guarantee for safe production,playing an important role in the gas control and underground worker management.This paper proposed the key scientific and technological issues in coal mine monitoring:① coal mine monitoring information transmission;② coal mine monitoring information processing;③ non-blind-zone placement and graded control of sensors;④ mining image recognition and processing;⑤ life detection and personnel positioning;⑥ mining explosion-proof essential safety power supply;⑦ test methods for coal mine monitoring system;⑧coal mine underground electromagnetic compatibility.
