神华天津煤炭码头二期工程封闭筒仓成套技术方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 随着国家经济的发展,环境保护工作越来越重要,天津煤码头公司依托神华天津煤炭码头二期工程(以下简称二期工程)在煤炭港口行业首次提出了封闭筒仓的煤炭堆存形式,为解决大型煤炭码头环保、节能、少占土地问题提供了一个新思路,并完成了筒仓成套技术的研究。该成套技术主要从筒仓群布置方案、进出仓工艺系统方案、筒仓结构方案、筒仓安监系统方案、筒仓管理调度系统方案几个方面进行了创新性的研究。 With the development of national economy,environment protection is attached with increasing importance.Thus Tianjin Coal Terminal Company based on the Second-phase Project of Shenhua Tianjin Coal Terminal(hereafter referred as the Second-phase Project) proposes for the first time in coal terminal industry the coal pile storage form of closed silo,providing a new idea for solving the problem of environmental protection,energy saving and land occupation for large coal terminals.Whole range of silo technique study is accomplished.The range of this innovative study is mainly conducted from the perspectives of silo group placement,silo entry and exiting technique,silo structure,silo safety monitoring,and silo management system.
