本文通过对英国节能减排的政策环境、实际做法、技术措施等方面的实地考察,结合作者的参观学习体会,详细分析了英国节能减排工作的整体推进情况、阶段性目标及当前的工作重点领域。同时,根据未来的发展,提出了神华集团节能减排工作应当注意的有关问题。
The article in detail analyzed the overall progress,stage goals and present key working fields of energy saving and emission reduction in Britain through the on-site investigation of their policy environment,actual practice and technological measures,combined with the author's own learn ing gains.Meanwhile,the issues should be noticed during Shenhua Group 's energy saving and emission reduction are proposed for the future development.
