摘要 由于锅炉自动化水平低,人为操作因素大,导致锅炉热效率不高,因此开发了一套链条锅炉控制系统。该控制系统可实时监测锅炉工况数据,采用PID算法实现锅炉负荷、炉膛负压、烟气氧含量的自动调节,有利于降低排烟热损失和机械不完全燃烧热损失,对保障锅炉安全、经济地运行,提高锅炉热效率,减少环境污染具有重要意义。 The low level of boiler automation and manual operation cause the low heat efficiency of boilers.Thus a chain boiler control system is developed to monitor the working condition and data of the boilers in real time.PID calculation method is adopted to realize the automatic regulation of boiler load,furnace negative pressure and flue gas oxygen content,which can be helpful in reducing the heat loss in gas exhaustion and incomplete combustion and is also beneficial in ensuring the safe and economical operation of boiler and improving its heat efficiency and reducing environmental pollution.
