摘要
依据国家有关投资项目后评价法规,重点从后评价工作流程、方法、评价指标与标准、评价范围与主要内容、项目建设成功度等方面对投资项目后评价进行了分析研究,对于完善项目建设管理程序,提高项目投资决策水平和生产运营效益,具有重要意义。
According to the state after the post-evaluation of investment projects and regulations,focus on the workflow from the post-evaluation,meth-ods,indicators and criteria for the scope and main contents of the successful projects in terms of degrees after the post-evaluation of investment projects have been studied to improve the investment management level and efficiency of manufacturing operations,of great significance.
