摘要
对国华4台600MW亚临界锅炉再热器排空管座(管孔)内壁裂纹和变径处裂纹形成原因的分析表明:管座(管孔)内壁开裂是热疲劳所致;管座变径处开裂是结构应力集中所致。所提出的治理措施正在国华17台600MW亚临界锅炉上逐步实施,再热器排空管座开裂问题已得到有效控制。
Through of analysis Guohua 4 sets 600MW sub-critical boiler reheater emptying pipe socket(pore) internal wall cracking and variable di-ameter parts of pipe socket cracking shows that: pipe socket(pore) internal wall cracking is due to thermal fatigue;Variable diameter parts of pipe socket cracking is due to stress concentration.Proposed control measures on Guohua 17 sets 600MW sub-critical boiler are gradually implemented.Re-heater emptying pipe socketk cracking problem has been effectively controlled.
