交流润滑油泵振动超标原因分析及处理

摘要 针对绥中电厂#2汽轮机两台交流润滑油泵电机顶部非驱动端振动超标的问题,通过对现场设备的跟踪和研究,分析了产生振动异常的原因,主要为泵基础薄弱、电机侧对轮配合间隙大和泵安装时存在缺陷问题等。为此,采用加固泵的基础、调整对轮间隙以及能量释放措施,对交流润滑油泵振动情况进行了处理,降低了电机顶部的振动,并进一步提出了减小泵振动问题的方法。 according to the vibration overrun on the non powered side of two ac lubrication oil pumps of #2 steam turbine in suizhong plant,by means of longitudinal study of equipment,I came to the conclusion that the reasons why there exists abnormal vibration is mainly about weak basis of pump 、the long clearance between linked wheel in motor side and the defects made during installation,etc.Therefore the measures such as : strengthening of foundation 、 modification of clearance between linked wheel and the way of liberating energy have been taken to deal with the problems of ac lubrication oil pump′s abnormal vibration,and to damp the vibration on top of the motor,and a further way to the reduce vibration of pump is doped out at the same time.
