This article combined the practical case of the chemical cleaning for a million tower-type-furnaces in Ninghai Electric Power Plant,and specifically introduced several innovative ideas of this case.The innovative ideas of this case that are discussed in the article include boiler superheater are included in the scope of chemical cleaning,low temperature EDTA cleaning techniques,and enlarging the scope of inspections.Through analyzing the results of the case,it is proved that this innovative cleaning can be used as a reference for the same type of domestic furnaces.
