High quality middle-level cadres group is essential to the scientific development in university. Middle-level cadres take the role of backbone in the management of education and research as well as industry in a university;also play as the bridge and link between school leadership and the fist-line of teachers and students.Therefore,it is the key to promote the comprehensive quality of middle-level cadres group in the process of fulfilling the university developing goals.
