我国促进高等学校毕业生就业法律制度的建构

The Construction of Legal System of Promoting College Graduates Employment in China

文章分析了高等学校毕业生就业权的社会权与自由权性质,从政府保障高等学校毕业生就业权这一视角,对我国当前促进高等学校毕业生就业的对策进行了考察与反思,并提出了构建我国高等学校毕业生就业的法律制度的初步设想。

This paper analyzes the properties of social rights and rights of freedom in college graduates' right of employment,and then investigates and introspects the current policy of promoting the employment of college graduates from the perspective that the government should guarantee the employment right of college graduates.Based on these,the author also puts forward some preliminary assumptions about constructing the legal system of college graduates' employment.
