鉴于知识共享对于政府知识管理的重要作用,本文通过分析政府内部知识共享的障碍,提出克服种种障碍的对策,从而促进知识共享在政府组织内部的顺利展开。

Knowledge sharing plays an important role of the government knowledge management.This article analyzes barriers knowledge sharing within the Government and put forward countermeasures to bridge over the barriers to promote knowledge-sharing in the organizations of government.
