A Relevance-Theoretic Study of Self-repair

自我修正是言语交际过程中的普遍现象,长久以来一直备受国内外学者的广泛关注。本文以关联论为理论支撑,从自我修正定义入手,讨论了Levelt等人的自我修正现象,系统的分析了自我修正的三个阶段,目的在于更明确的体现关联理论在自我修正过程中的应用,阐释自我修正的语用功能。

Self-repair is a common phenomenon in communication,and it has attracted the attention of scholars of various persuasions for decades.The present thesis discusses self-repair proposed by Levelt,based on the Relevance Theory,and systematically analyzes three phases of self-repair in order to display how the Relevance Theory performs in the process of self-repair and thus conduct pragmatic functions of it.
