国外限速管理研究总结及对我国研究建议

摘要与国内相比,发达国家的道路建设起步更早,相关研究的开展也较早,研究领域更加深入。文章以美国为例加以分析,回顾各个历史发展阶段采取的措施,与限速相关的各个研究方向,借鉴其中适于我国国情的部分,结合目前我国的现状,开展相关研究,为我国道路管理决策提供依据。
