固定化混合菌株对刚果红脱色的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用两种真菌无花果曲霉C5(Aspergillus ficuum)和青霉X5(Penicillium.sp)混合固定化的技术对有机偶氮染料刚果红进行脱色研究。实验考察了两种真菌混合固定的最优固定条件,以及在此条件下培养液的pH值、温度、摇床转速、时间等条件对脱色的影响,并进行了重复利用实验。结果表明:混合固定化的最优条件为菌量30 mL,CaCl2浓度6%,钙化时间6h,海藻酸钠浓度3%,脱色的最佳pH值为2.0,最佳温度为37℃,最佳摇床转速为125 r/min,最佳培养时间为24 h。在pH2.0~6.0之间,对脱色率的影响不大,基本保持在85%以上。两种真菌混合固定化对温度的适应范围较窄。固定化小球重复利用4次后脱色率仍达82%以上。 An azo dye named Congo Red was decolorized by two kinds of fungi,Aspergillus ficuum and Penicillium.sp.The best immobilized condition of these two kinds of fungi were examined.The effect of environmental condition on decolorization such as pH,temperature,rotation speed and the culture time were examined,furthermore,the reuse of the immobilized mixed strains was also studied.Noticeable effect on decolorization by immobilized mixed strains was observed.The optimum condition was as follows: pH 2.0,temperature 37℃,rotation speed 125 r/min,culture time 24 h,respectively.In pH 2.0~6.0,the effect on decolorization was not significant,all of them remained above 85%.The accommodation limit of the two kinds of fungi to temperature was narrow.The immobilized cells could be reused after decolorizing for 4 times,and the decolorization rate could also reach 82%.
