摘要
VOC催化燃烧所用的催化剂很多,基本上可分为重金属催化剂和过渡金属催化剂两大类。用共沉淀法制备La0.8Sr0.2MnO3钙钛矿型催化剂,以气相色谱为检测手段,用催化燃烧装置考察催化剂对甲苯的催化活性。实验结果表明La0.8Sr0.2MnO3钙钛矿型催化剂具有良好的催化活性,使甲苯的着火点温度降低为150℃左右,并且催化剂的稳定性能良好,长期工作也能使甲苯转化率达到92%以上。根据Langmuir吸附理论,建立了催化燃烧反应动力学模型,得到了甲苯在空气中催化燃烧反应动力学方程。
There are many kinds of catalysts used in catalytic combustion,generally including noble metal catalysts and transition metal oxide catalysts.In this search La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 with perovskite structure were prepared by way of coprecipitation.The catalytic activities for toluene were evaluated by catalytic combustion equipment and Gas Chromotograpgy as detecting method.The results showed La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 perovskite catalyst have high catalystic activities.The kindling temperature of toluene descended to 150℃,and the stability of catalysts was well,in long time working the conversion of toluene was above 92%.Finally the kinetics model of toluene in air was presented according to Langmuir adsorption theory,the parameters were obtained by the improved Gauss-Newton method.
