城市生态腹地的初步研究——兼论北京城市生态腹地构建

Tentative Study of Urban Eco-hinterland——On Beijing's Urban Eco-hinterland's Construction

鉴于北京等城市发展过程中出现的生态问题及现有城市生态学成果在研究范围上的局限性,在对腹地内涵及其演变进行分析的基础上,首次提出了"城市生态腹地"这一科学概念,并以北京为案例讨论了城市生态腹地的构建问题。认为城市生态腹地是城市生态空间的有机组成部分,生态城市规划应当是一个包含城市生态腹地在内的区域性规划;北京城市生态腹地应包括河北省张家口市全域、承德市丰宁县全域和北京市西部、北部各县区,解决北京生态安全问题的根本途径是重视其生态腹地建设。

In view of the ecological problems in the development process of Beijing and other cities,and the limitations of the existing urban ecology achievements in researching scope,on the basis of analysis of the hinterland's connotation and evolution,this article firstly puts forward the scientific concept,urban eco-hinterland,and discusses the urban eco-hinterland's structure in the case of Beijing.It is believed that the urban eco-hinterland is an organic part of eco-space,the eco-city planning should be a regional planning that contains urban eco-hinterland;the Beijing urban eco-hinterland should include the whole region of Zhangjiakou City of Hebei,the whole region of Fengning County of Chengde City and the western part of Beijing,each county and district in the north.The basic way of solving the Beijing ecological safety is to focus on the eco-hinterland construction.
