北海市业余训练中存在的主要问题及对策研究

通过实地考察,对北海市业余体校有关领导和教练进行走访,并整理相关的文献资料,认真分析北海现阶段业余训练存在的各种问题,并提出相应的整改策略。希望对推动业余体校的训练工作起到促进作用的同时,能给相关职能部门的管理者提供决策依据。

The authors have made a field survey of visiting the related leaders and coachers in Beihai and sorting out some data in the past several years.Then, the authors has analyzed some various problems in amateur training during that period and put up with the corresponding strategies.The proposition of these problems will provide the basis of decision scheme for the administrators of the related departments and also will help to promote the training work of amateur training school and offer theoretical support for the similar research.
