摘要
随着日益增加的工作压力,心情不好、焦虑、睡眠不良等消极心理状态也逐渐成为困扰高校教师的问题。本文从高校老师的身心健康出发,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计等方法,把我区11所本科院校150名老、中、青各个年龄段的在职教师作为研究对象,概括整理出广西高校教师体育锻炼的自我评价结果。总结出体育锻炼对高校教师的身体健康及心理都有很大的促进作用。
With the increasing work tension,some negative psychological phenomena such as bad temper,anxiety,bad sleeping have become the problems to disturb the college teachers.The authors explore and find out the self-evaluation results of teachers' body exercise from 150 teachers in 11 universities in Guangxi,with the methods of literatures,questionnaire investigation,statistics.It shows that body exercise can accelerate the health both body and mind for the college teachers.
