西部地区普通高校开设中国式摔跤选修课的必要性研究

On the Necessity of Setting Chinese-style Wrestling as an Elective Course in Universities in the Western Region of China

主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析等方法对西部地区普通高校开设中国式摔跤选修课的必要性进行了分析研究。结果表明:在西部普通高校开设中国式摔跤选修课,符合高校体育教学内容改革多元化发展的趋势,有利于继承和发展民族传统体育,弘扬民族文化,增强民族自豪感。有利于丰富学校体育教学内容,全面发展学生身心健康,提高学生综合素质,培养学生终身体育意识,减少学校体育经费开支。

The author adopted the methods of literature review and logical analysis to analyze the necessity of setting Chinese-style wrestling as an elective course in universities in the western region of China.The results showed that the course meets the trend of adding variety to the teaching contents for P.E.classes.It can also help to inherit and develop Chinese traditional sports and elevate Chinese people's pride.The course can enrich the teaching contents,cultivate students' awareness of lifelong sports and reduce the universities' cost on sports.
