摘要
近年来我国健身俱乐部发展迅速,经营管理体制也不断健全和完善,并逐步朝着系统化、标准化的方向迈进;但在具体的操作过程中还存在着许多问题,特别是与欧美等发达国家的健身俱乐部相比仍有较大差距。从探讨健身俱乐部如何从建立会员服务体系出发,建立健全健身俱乐部在发展新会员、留住老会员以及有效遏制优秀的管理和教练人员流失等方面,提出自己在实践中的一些看法,以期能与国内的同行们进行商榷,实现交流经验、完善体制、共同发展的目标。
Body-building clubs in our country have been expanding by leaps and bounds in recent years.The management control system has perfected step by step,and the systematization and standardization have been gradually realize.But it also has a few problems in the practice.It still haa a big disparity comparing with the foreign clubs specially in the developed countries.This article takes the economic theory as a background,researchs body-building clubs' conduct and management from macroscopic and microscopic levels,and combines the management experience in the foreign body-building clubs.We hope that it can play a certain instructive role in the operators of body-building clubs in our country.
